Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions here.
How do I send my return back?
1. Email customer service department here to request a return authorization number.
2. Securely repack your items in the package you received them in and write the return authorization # clearly on the package.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at the 4our Dreamers Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from 4our Dreamers.
